"When searching for A new bike in 2011 I visited no fewer than six Yamaha dealerships in the DFW area and one each in Oklahoma, Waco and Houston. At each location I felt like A bull being led to the slaughter. Now I admit I am A tough customer. I'm picky. I'm very particular about what I want and not willing to settle for anything less. I'm the customer. It's my money. I get what I want and not what you want me to have. Customer service is my job and I will not accept anything less than what I expect from the people I work with. I had not been to BPS because I had never been to Burleson. It was the last place on my list so I set out to find it. Wow. Finally. A place that knows A thing or two about people and customer appreciation. I bought A bike on my second visit. I get all my service done there. I later bought A second bike from an individual and they take care of it like I bought it from them. I love my machines and they understand that. I ride sixty three miles out of my way because I do not trust anyone else and I know they are glad to see me. I have A place to get it my way. That's the way it should be. Thanks Harold, Phillip, Megan, Billy, Analisa, Adam and all the guys in the back who do such great work. If you worked for me you would get an A+ on your annual evaluation."
